The TM13 transceiver module is the central receiver that is necesarry to make use of wireless remote controls, wireless switches and wireless sensors.
X10 commands: On, Off, All Units Off, Status Request, Status On, Status Off
Use and applications:
The TM13 Transceiver module is the central receiver that is needed to make use of wireless remote controls, wireless switches and wireless sensors. The TM13 transmits these wireless signals into X10 signals over the house wiring to control X10 modules remotely.
As the transceiver module is simply inserted into wall outlets like an ordinary plug, there is no installation to be carried out. Just set the wheel on the front to the desired house code.
When the TM13 is on HouseCode P, all the commands from the remote controls will be transformed into an X10 signal which travels via the mains. The HouseCode in use is now the same as the HouseCode used by the remote control.
Note: The built-in appliance module can be switched with a command from an RF controller, such as a remote control or with the X10 protocol over the house wiring. The unit code of the built-in appliance switched outlet is always unitcode 1. A lamp connected to the outlet of the TM13 will not respond to the "All Lights On" command.
When used with the Computer Interface CM11, the TM13 acts as the "RF gateway" to get signals from any X10 wireless transmitter and to transmit them onto the AC wiring to be received by the CM11 interface to initiate macros.
