You can of course exchange or give back products if you don't like them. Either you then completely get a substitute product, a voucher for your next purchase with us, or else your money back according to your wishes.
Please, inform us by e-mail or contact form at first and describe us the problem. We promise you to take remedial action immediately - we finally want only satisfied customers. Please don't return any product to us constrainedly! Although this procedure isn't mandatory it helps us to support you as quickly as possible and to keep the costs as low as possible - we finally would like to be able to offer you our products for reasonable prices in future, too.
