The safe shipment of your order is very important for us. To keep the danger of a damage as low as possible, we put our main attention on the careful packing and reliable logistics partners. So it's ensured that your order arrives in faultless condition with you.

For environmental protection reasons we use recycling capable packing materials where possible.

The shipping costs at Comm4All vary according to the weight of the product. So e.g. shipment of a parcel up to 2kg within Germany costs EUR 5.50. To ensure that your order arrives also for certain with you, our products are sent as an insured package by DPD GeoPost.

You actually have the possibility of determining the costs very simply with the help of the shopping cart:

1. Put the articles in the shopping cart in whose costs you are interested and then go to "Checkout".
2. If you are not logged in right now a corresponding request comes up. If you already have an account with us, please login. If you are not a customer with us yet, you can open a new account now.
3. On the next page you'll then see the actual shipping costs. Note: You are in the purchase order transaction now, however, you have not effected any order at Comm4All at this time yet.

In every case we charge you only the costs arising for us, possible surcharges for insurance, toll, fuel, customs clearance, island and special area delivery are already taken into account. As of an order value of EUR 99.00 shipping is free within Germany. On deliveries outside Germany we take on the costs which the shipment would have cost within Germany.
