This sensor is intended for installation adjacent to aquaria, water tanks, piping, heatings, washing machines, dishwashers and other leak endangered places, to warn on time and therefore avoiding greater damages. The WD861 checks during the 30 seconds delay time if an essential amount of water was stated. Only if this applies the WD861 will send an alarm signal to your ProGuard800 control panel and the siren, the phone dialer and the home automation control are activated. So you are warned optimally and can react on time. When you are out, you will receive a warning e. g. via your mobile phone.
