How to send vouchers

For sending a voucher please click on the link "send voucher" in your shopping basket. To send a voucher, we need the following information from you: firstname and surname of the receiver and his valid e-mail address. Also we need the desired amount (you can send part amounts of your credit also) and if you wish a short message to the receiver. Please check your details once again before sending. At any time before sending you have the possibility of correcting the details.

How to use vouchers for your purchase

As soon as you have a credit at your disposal, you can use this to pay your order. During the purchase order transaction you have the possibility of realizing your credit. If the credit is under the goods value you have to choose your preferential method of payment for the difference. In case your credit exceeds the goods value the remaining credit balance is of course at your disposal for your next order.

How to realize vouchers

If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can credit the amount as follows:

1. Click on the link indicated in the e-mail. If you do not have a customer account yet, you have the possibility of creating an account now.
2. You can enter your voucher code then on the page "shopping basket".

In case of problems

If you get problems with your voucher please contact us by e-mail. Please, describe as exactly as possible the problem. Important details are: your customer ID, the voucher code, error messages of the system as well as the used browser.
